From my Oasis to yours

Well, this is just going to be a quick post! I have been working hard on another project of sorts that I can't talk about right now. I probably will not be talking about if for awhile, but it's quite exciting. So for this card I have used High Hope stamps. I wanted to create a little desert scene for this adorable camel. Everything about it is quite simple, i am relying more on the images then on embellishments.
stamps: High Hopes
Ink: Stewart Superior, white craft, Distress Broken China, Scattered Straw, Vintage Brown, Spiced Marmalade
Paper: Summer Sun, Chocolate, Caribbean, Mustard, Saffron, Papertrey white
Other: Faber-Castel and Prismacolor pencils, OMS, Twinkling H2O's, White paint, Stickles, AIG glitter, Spritzer tool and brown marker from SU

Paper was hand torn to form sand, Images were stamped, colored and cut out. Sand dunes were inked and spritzed to form sand, scene was put together.
Hugs,
Sophie

My curiosity is getting the better of me. I want to know what your project is. Sounds like something that requires congratulations though. Hope you're enjoying it. I LOVE this card. I have a hard time with coloring sometimes because everything should be the same color, but you really made that camel stand out, even against a sand bg.
